I have been eating nothing but fruit and vegetables for the past 5 days and have not eliminated very much at all. I have been eating quinoa for protein. Why is this happening?
I AM 5'2'' IN HEIGHT AND WEIGH APPROX. 156 LBS. I HAVE INCORPORATED A HEALTHY EATING PLAN AND DO AN AB VIDEO/WALK/RUN ON A TREADMILL 20 MINUTES A DAY.... MOST DAYS. I AM LEAVING FOR MY DREAM VACATION TO CANCUN , MEXICO IN MAY AND WANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 10-15 POUNDS. WHAT CAN I DO ? WHAT ARE THE BAD CARBS THAT I SHOULD AVOID... PLEASE SOMEONE ANYONE HELP !!!!!!!!
